Layouts, finishes, lighting plans, bespoke joinery and furnishing for apartments and townhouses — fully documented for your contractor and coordinated with building management approvals.
For finished villas that feel unfinished. We curate furniture, art, rugs, drapery and accessories room by room, then install and dress everything in a single handover day.
Workplaces in Business Bay, DIFC and d3 planned around how your team actually works: focus rooms, majlis-style client lounges, pantries and brand moments that photograph well.
Photorealistic stills and 360° walkthroughs so you can see the travertine against the oak before anything is ordered. Two rounds of revisions included.
We source from 60+ workshops in the UAE, Italy, Portugal and Turkey at trade rates, manage customs and shipping into Jebel Ali, and handle white-glove installation.

Process
A typical 3-bedroom apartment takes 14–18 weeks from first visit to handover; a full villa 6–9 months including works.
Week 1
We visit, measure, listen and photograph. You leave with a written brief and fixed fee.
Weeks 2–5
Mood boards, layouts and a physical material tray from our d3 library.
Weeks 5–9
Photoreal 3D views and a walkthrough. Every finish signed off before ordering.
Weeks 9–16
Technical drawings, contractor coordination, weekly site visits and procurement.
Handover
Installation day: furniture placed, art hung, beds made. You walk into a finished home.
