Will it hurt?
Most treatments are comfortable. For anything more involved we use modern local anaesthesia and numbing gel first, and you can raise a hand to pause at any time. For laser and peels, we use cooling and patch-test first.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Treatments above AED 3,000 — such as implants, veneers or aligners — can be split into interest-free instalments over 3 to 12 months with participating UAE bank cards. We'll give you a written plan before anything begins.
Do you accept insurance?
Most major UAE insurers accepted — check your plan at reception. Send us a photo of your insurance card on WhatsApp and we'll check your cover before your visit. Cosmetic treatments are usually self-pay.
What happens at my first visit?
You'll have a relaxed 30–45 minute appointment: a short health questionnaire, a full examination, digital X-rays or a skin assessment if needed, and a clear, priced treatment plan. There's no obligation to start the same day.
What about aftercare?
Every treatment comes with written aftercare and a follow-up message from your clinician 48 hours later. Whitening and implant patients get a free review appointment, and you can reach us on WhatsApp during opening hours.
