Gahwa, the old way
قهوة عربية بالهيل والزعفران
Lightly roasted Khawlani beans, crushed cardamom and a thread of saffron, poured from the dallah into finjan cups. Served at the low majlis bench with a plate of dates, free refills until you shake the cup.
