About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients needing recruitment or project-based staffing services across different industries.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and procurement leaders through consultative selling.
- Service Promotion: Present Mechplan’s service offerings, including staff augmentation (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent) and project-based services.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present tailored proposals, pricing structures, and SLAs that meet client needs.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting, identifying new markets and partnership opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and staff augmentation models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot is a plus.
