AI Associate (Remote)
Overview
We are looking for a skilled AI Associate with at least 1 year of proven experience in AI solutions and chatbot development to join our growing team.
Specific Skills
- Experience with Python, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG, or AI agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and business process automation.
- Experience deploying AI solutions for customer support, sales, or operational workflows.
Responsible For
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Work with LLMs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI platforms.
- Build chatbot workflows, automations, and conversational experiences.
- Integrate AI solutions with websites, CRMs, APIs, and business systems.
- Optimize chatbot performance, accuracy, and user experience.
- Research and implement the latest AI technologies and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI chatbot development and implementation.
- Experience with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Botpress, Voiceflow, ManyChat, or similar solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
